Ward Vauxhall is a used car and new car dealer and an exciting Joint Venture between two local people, Ian Buse and Paul Saunders and Vauxhall Motors. Taking over the well-established Ward Vauxhall business in August 2004, the company now successfully operates 3 sites in Helston, Truro and Falmouth and employs 70 local people.
As a used cars and new car local dealer, family values are important to the company – many staff have been with the company for our duration. Ian Buse says, “ Our staff are our most important resource” Each employee is expected to display a commitment to customer service above that of our competitors. All the company's transactions are conducted with professionalism and previous customers returning is a core aspect of our marketing strategy. The company's financial success is dependent on the role of staff being - better, faster, smarter - than the competition.
We do not employ 'high pressure selling techniques' that you may encounter with some of our competitors. Our sales teams are trained by vehicle manufacturers and are highly qualified. They will be happy to guide you around our showroom and outside sales areas; however, you are always free to browse unhindered should you wish.
If invited, we will provide you with a trade in valuation on your current vehicle and offer you a transparent and fair price on any new or approved used car of your choice.
For business users our business centres can offer tailor made solutions for the purchase of any new car and can offer competitive rates on either finance or contract hire.
We have a purpose built service centre at our Falmouth site that has the ability to service all makes and models of cars, vans and light commercials as well as our own franchise makes. We pride ourselves on our professional service. We offer great deals on Tyres, Exhausts, Clutches, all general service types and special service plans. While your car is being serviced you can relax, read a daily paper or watch Television in our spacious and contemporary showroom, all part of the Ward Vauxhall experience.
