Experienced Service Advisor – Truro

We have a vacancy for an Experienced Service Advisor at our Truro branch. The successful applicant will be confident and outgoing with an excellent telephone manner and good organisational skills.

In this role your main responsibilities will be to liase with our customers both face-to-face and over the telephone, giving advice and keeping customers informed on the progress of their car. You will also be involved in general administration and service reception duties including providing customers with estimates, processing warranty claims and undertaking customer follow up calls.
